Join Our Team as a Senior NatHERS Assessor – Remote Position
Are you a NatHERS Assessor with over 3 years of experience? Do you excel at
independent work, and problem-solving, and want to be part of innovative sustainability projects? If yes, we want to hear from you. Part-time (4 days) and remote-based position.

Your role:
• Thermal modelling of houses using HERO
• Provide strategic optimisation advice, both on bang-for-buck design & specification improvements and strategic compliance decisions.

• Work closely with clients to resolve project issues.

• Mentor other team members.
• Options to learn more about commercial building compliance, and to represent Powerhaus at industry and education events, or contribute to educational pieces including online content.

Apply if you have:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field. Experience in related industries such as drafting, Passivhaus or similar will be considered.
• NatHERS accreditation, with experience using HERO and/or FirstRate5.
• Excellent organizational skills and an optimistic, problem-solving outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
